If you live in a different time zone to Europe and are in need of coaching, then please email me first with your preferred time and I will try and accommodate you. Details are in the ‘Contact me’ link.  I am currently based in Athens, Greece.

This is what I offer:

  • Skype coaching/Facetime/WhatsApp: 1 hour at £60 (British pounds) or €72 (Euros)
  • Skype coaching/Facetime/WhatsApp: 30min at £35 (British pounds) or €42 (Euros)
  • Skype coaching/Facetime/WhatsApp: 1 hour & 30min at £75 (British pounds) or €90 (Euros)
  • Email coaching: 6 emails (3 Emails each in a Questions-Answers format)at  £54 (British Pounds) or €65 (Euros)
  • Email coaching: 4 emails (2 emails each in a Q-A format) at £42 (British pounds) or €50 (Euros)
  • Package deal: 1 hour sessions x 3 at £160 (British pounds) or €191 (Euros)
  • Therapeutic Art coaching: 1 hour at £40 (British pounds) or €48 (Euros)

Payment is made in full before each Skype/Facetime/WhatsApp/Zoom coaching session.

Payment is made in full before our email coaching begins.

Payment is only possible via PayPal or Wise if you are in the US, Canada, Asia & Australia and a bank transfer can be made to my UK based account if you are in the UK.

Email coaching can be suitable for clients that live in a different time zone or for those that are too anxious to do video coaching. It is also a great way to refer back to what we discussed and can be great for those of you who find it easier to express yourselves in written rather than verbal form.

Before coaching commences, there is always the option of an initial assessment of 10-15min, which helps both coach and client to see if they can work together. This assessment is free of charge.
