Art therapy is a powerful tool that can be used to unlock the power of your subconscious mind, allowing you to release pain & process your emotions.

If any of the above sound appealing to you, I am now able to support you additionally by using art in a therapeutic way by having just completed an Accredited Therapeutic Art Life Coaching certification and by also currently training to be an Art Therapist on a 3 year postgraduate course.
The cost for a 1 hour session is £40 and each session will promote a sense of wellbeing and will also provide a stepping stone for healing many different parts of yourself.
Art has always been a huge part of my life from a young age and has helped me through some of the toughest times in my own recovery journey. I am very excited and blessed to be able to share the healing experience of art with you.
I am also very grateful to announce that my first online art therapy group ‘Meet your authentic self’ has just started and I hope to do many more of these, especially for those of you with histories of trauma.
The next online art therapy group I will be running is called Mandala journey and it starts on the 15th of August.
