Trauma informed art therapy

Art therapy is a powerful tool that can be used to unlock the power of your subconscious mind, allowing you to release pain & process your emotions.

Art therapy facilitated by a trained art therapist  is very useful if you want to achieve the following:

  • Gently explore your deepest dreams and desires
  • Grieve any losses your have experienced

If any of the above sound appealing to you, I am now able to support you additionally by using art in a therapeutic way by having just completed an Accredited Therapeutic Art Life Coaching certification and by also currently training to be an Art Therapist on a 3 year postgraduate course.

The cost for a 1 hour session is €48 and each session will promote a sense of wellbeing and will also provide a stepping stone for healing many different parts of yourself.

Art has always been a huge part of my life from a young age and has helped me through some of the toughest times in my own recovery journey. I am very excited and blessed to be able to share the healing experience of art with you.
