HOW CAN COACHING HELP YOU?

Personal Coaching focuses on any aspect of your life that you would like to improve by making small changes at a pace that you are comfortable with. For example, helping you become more assertive with your friends and family; enabling you to tackle people and situations you have avoided and helping you overcome a personal block such as being more sociable. Other difficulties might include stress, time management, confidence issues, overcoming negative thinking, perfectionism and dealing with work related difficulties.

 Personal coaching covers many areas and is very practical for immediate action. The coachee has to have the motivation however and this isn’t something the coach can assist with.

I have particular experience in dealing with dysfunctional relationships, toxic family members and how to practice self-compassion when life is overwhelming. I specialise in supporting individuals who have grown up with emotionally immature parents.
