Join me for a gentle, trauma-informed online art therapy workshop where we will explore the theme of self-care through creativity.
Through simple art-making exercises, reflection, and group connection, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, listen inwardly, and discover what caring for yourself truly means at this moment in your life.
– No artistic experience is needed
– A safe and supportive small group (maximum 8 participants)
– Donation-only to make the workshop accessible to everyone
– Use any art materials you already have at home
