Gratitude

FontCandy (79).png

Today I am grateful for my healthy body, my loving husband and the organic homemade food that I made for my little family.

I am grateful for the stability in my daily life, the ability to write my blogs & create YouTube videos and the love I share with my friends and family.

No matter how awful your circumstances, there are always things to be grateful for ♥

What are you grateful for?

Love Athina ♥

  1. Thank you for this reminder. It’s so difficult to remember to do this when in the midst of a debilitating depression. When I find myself focusing on insignificant annoyances about my husband (does he really have to drink his chocolate milk with a spoon?), I remind myself of the countless times he’s held me during moments of despair. He may not think he understands bipolar disorder, but he understands the concept of unconditional love.
