Is this you in the video Athina? I absolutely love it and have learned a lot! My Dad was a narcissist but I only figured that out fairly recently. I wish I’d have had this video many years ago, as I did all of the wrong things that you advise will inflame things! and didn’t have the wisdom of this advice to follow-hindsight is a wonderful thing. That said, I find myself becoming drawn to narcissistic men, as their like my dad, then only realising after that they were a toxic narcissist. Oh well, I gotta learn! Thanks for posting this 😀

I’d like to do videos too though have concerns about losing my anonymity and my kids being at risk etc. (Just because of the nature of my background.) What a great thing you’re doing, I salute you! 🙋You’re very easy to listen to and engaging, when I first saw how long it was I wasn’t sure how much of it I’d watch, but didn’t want to stop when I started! it so heard all 13 minutes 😁 I really admire what you’re doing. I was also worried about anonymity at the beginning, especially when linking my personal healing blog and my coaching blog..The only person I am avoiding is my mother however, because she is also a coach, but I doubt she will ever come across my videos, because she has no interest in looking up videos about narcissists, as she is one! I can understand that you want to protect your kids.It’s probably for the best!I am glad that you found the video engaging, as it was my longest one and was a little worried about the length.Thanks for taking the time to watch it! ❤
