Suicide is such a hard thing to go through. I just posted a letter to my brother who committed suicide yesterday. It never seems to get easier
You are so right..I guess when people are triggered, it is important to make sure they are not alone.If we know someone is suffering, then we can offer support.

I’m always terrified at times like this, because the word and the attention on the problem can trigger suicides. It is so hard to know what to do.
