Just one question… What the heck is “trauma bonding”? I’m fascinated now.

Trauma bonding is similar to the Stockholm syndrome..(If you have heard of it) I think I have done a video on trauma bonding..xx Thanks for signing up to my YouTube channel

Having CPTSD Im up to know more about it as I seem to find new things associated with it all the time. Anything related to getting sleep would be awesome because that is one thing I cannot seem to do. Are there things I can do to calm to maybe help me sleep?

I was thinking on doing a video on this, as trouble sleeping is something many people struggle with, not only those with ptsd or cptsd..
I will list some practical steps and will look into CPTSD related insomnia. x
